This game allows players to participate in matches and communicate with other players via an online connection. If a player behaves in any way that is deemed, in NAMCO BANDAI’s sole discretion, offensive to another player, disruptive to network connectivity, or a hindrance to service operations, his or her account will be banned without prior notice. Such activities include without limitation:

• Repeatedly losing to specific players in order to unfairly increase that player’s online rank or win record.
• Repeatedly defeating specific players in order to unfairly increase one’s own online rank or win record.
• Uploading illegitimate scores to the LEADERBOARDS.
• Customizing a character in a way that is deemed offensive, for commercial purposes, or infringes on a third party’s rights.
• Using offensive or abusive language during text or voice chat.
• Using cheats or false data during matches.
• Repeatedly disconnecting from a match on purpose.
• Disclosing personal information on yourself or others.
• Altering game data and/or save data by reverse engineering, analyzing, or any other such acts.

Players can get themselves banned through other behaviors not mentioned in the list above. Please treat other players with respect at all times.
